Counted from the day you send your booking request to your event date. You’ll see yours as soon as you pick a date.

Paying for your piece
Deposit & balance
- 01Nothing to pay when you book
Your booking request is free. Lucy reviews it and arranges your consultation.
- 02Deposit after your consultation
Once the design and price are agreed, Lucy sets your deposit. You pay it securely online from your client portal, and it secures your place.
- 03Balance in cash on collection
The remaining balance is paid in cash when you collect your piece.
